OUR STORY
Vernon Property Group was founded by Freddie Vernon.
Freddie began his career in property when he bought and refurbished his own house, aged 24. Slowly, and after a few more renovations, shovelling rubble turned to securing bigger deals and more investment. He gradually built his passion for property into a business that is consistently delivering exciting developments and investing in an ever growing rental property portfolio.
The business took on a new partner in 2023, a move that has resulted in an exciting phase of company growth.
KEY PRINCIPLES
Whilst the business began almost by accident, it has always been led by passion. Our strategy has pivoted over time, but our mission has remained consistent. For every building or plot of land that we touch, we leave it better than when we found it. We provide housing for those that need it, and luxury for those that want it. We bring commercial buildings into use and stimulate the market place.

Freddie Vernon
Freddie grew up playing music, and owned/managed an events business in his early 20s. His early experience in the events industry gave him a grounding in management, logistics and sales.
Freddie moved into property in 2017 and has been building ever since.
He’s active on Instagram and LinkedIn, where he documents the day to day activity of the business.
