COMMERCIAL CONVERSIONS
There are empty, unused and unloved commercial buildings in almost every town in the UK.
One of our objectives is to successfully repurpose some of these buildings and bring them back into beneficial use.
Our primary strategy is commercial to residential, although we also deliver mixed use schemes and hold commercial property to rent.
BTL & HMO
We purchase multi unit freehold blocks, as well as single unit buy to let property.
Our HMOs are often conversions of former commercial buildings.
We specialise in large all ensuite HMOs, and typically either rent to professional tenants, or lease the entire HMO to a local operator, charity or housing association.
We are experienced in ensuring that all HMO conversions meet existing regulations and requirements.
Vernon Property Group also handles the ongoing management of these assets.
GROUND UP DEVELOPMENT
Vernon Property Group has also ventured into new build development. Our first ground up builds were additions to ongoing conversion schemes, and we have now progressed to delivering fully new build sites.
